When Chef Steph was growing up, she watched as her parents create delicious meals from whatever was available in their kitchen with the Food Network Channel playing in the background. Their creativity in the kitchen was what inspired Chef Steph to play with unique flavor combos and her love for cooking. 

 

Burgerama started in 2017 when Chef Steph quit her full time job to pursue her passion of cooking burgers. With her wife Valeria, they tried the food truck scene. When that didn't work, they teamed up with another family member in 2018 and founded their brick and mortar restaurant.

Why burgers you may ask? Well, burgers are the traditional American food and one of Chef Steph's favorite mediums to create culinary art. She has a burning desire to continue creating burgers that are unique and make people rethink what flavors work (Ask about that secret menu. trust me on this one).
